Rise Gymnastics Excel is for experienced, ambitious recreational gymnasts. Through challenging balances, gravity defying skills and more opportunities to develop their teamwork and leadership skills, gymnasts can learn and achieve whilst having lots of fun.

The medals and certificates for each level reward gymnasts throughout their journey which doesn’t stop here. Rise Gymnastics Excel prepares gymnasts to perform in festivals and group displays, to take part in competitions, and seamlessly links to discipline specific National Development Plans.
