Returns Policy

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUND (this section does not apply to business customers)

You have 14 days from the delivery date to cancel your order. This does not apply to perishable products, items printed to order or personalised, or any products that have a protective or hygiene seal (e.g., leotards etc.) if that seal has been broken.

To cancel your order, please email us at  To help us process your cancellation more quickly, please include your order number in the email you send to us.

If you have already received your order, you must return the products to us within 14 days of telling us that you want to cancel your order.

The deadline is met if you send the products back to us before the 14 day period has expired. We strongly recommend that you get proof of postage. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back from you or until you have provided us with evidence that you have sent the products back (whichever is earlier).

You can use our returns portal to send the products back to us; we will deduct £6.99 for the cost of this return from the refund due to you. 

Products must be returned to us in a new and unused condition and, to the extent possible, in their original packaging. We may make a deduction from the refund amount if you have handled the product in a way that has diminished the value of the product, if such handling was beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. You are responsible for the products while they are in your possession. 

We will refund you the cost of the items returned and basic delivery charge paid for order delivery (where a full order is returned only) less the £6.99 cost of return delivery as soon as possible. If you cancelled before you received any products, we will issue the refund no later than 14 days after the day on which you told us that you want to cancel. If you have sent products back to us, we will issue the refund no later than 14 days after the day we receive the products back from you or, if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide us with evidence that you have sent the products back.

We will issue your refund to the same payment method you used when you placed your order.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS (this section does not apply to business customers)

The products that we provide to you must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with our contract with you.

During the expected lifespan of your product, you are entitled to the following:

Up to 30 days:

If your product is faulty, you can get an immediate refund.

Up to six months:

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund in most cases.

Up to six years:

If the product does not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.

If your products are faulty or misdescribed, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS (this section applies to business customers only) 

We warrant that the products will, for a period of one month from the date of delivery (Warranty Period):

  • conform in all material respects to their product descriptions on the BG Official Shop website;
  • be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship; and
  • be of satisfactory quality within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

As your sole and exclusive remedy, we will (at our option) repair, replace or refund any products that do not comply with the clause above, provided that:

  • you notify us by email to within the Warranty Period;
  • you provide us with sufficient information as to the nature and extent of the defects;
  • you give us a reasonable opportunity to examine the defective products; and
  • you return the defective products to us at your expense. 

Except as set out in this section, we give no warranties and make no representations in relation to the products, and all warranties and conditions (including the conditions implied by sections 13–15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979), whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Returns are processed by James Cargo Fulfilment.

Please visit the returns portal to notify us of the items you wish to return.

Please put your order number when entering your details in the return’s portal. Once all details captured, you can then generate your returns label.

We will deduct £6.99 from any refund due to you unless the goods are damaged or faulty for the cost of return delivery.

  • reason for return

Then, please wrap items securely and label clearly with your order number and mark package “CUSTOMER RETURN”.

You are responsible for returning the item to us, please make sure you take adequate steps to ensure the security of the contents during transit and obtain proof of postage. 


Once an order has been placed and paid for by credit or debit card it cannot be altered.

If your order status is still at ‘processing’ it can be cancelled and that order would then be refunded – and you can then reorder the correct items.

Event tickets are non-refundable, so please take extra care when placing your order. Your tickets are e-Tickets so will be emailed over to you automatically when you complete and pay for your order.
