Rise Gymnastics Competition Participation Medal

For the best gymnast experience, we recommend that all gymnasts receive a participation medal when they have taken part in a Rise Gymnastics competition (one medal per gymnast). These medals are not used for placing gymnasts 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd, they are all one design/colour.

Gymnasts will also be rewarded with a Rise Gymnastics achievement certificate, which you can purchase here in the British Gymnastics shop. Don’t forget to add this, along with the achievement stickers, to your basket!
