Rise Gymnastics Discover, is a fun, creative and immersive preschool gymnastics programme helping children progress and achieve at their own pace whilst exploring through play.

The activities within Rise Gymnastics Discover have been carefully created to mirror the approach of learning within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) environment, delivered through six exciting and imaginative themes.

The medals and certificates for each level, serve as a long lasting memory for gymnasts of their learning and achievements throughout the Discover phase.
