We've made some changes...

To ensure the best possible online experience for our clubs and members, we’ve made some changes to our online shops. Details of how you can buy gymnastics event tickets, Rise Gymnastics and Trampoline Proficiency items, GB squad kit and official BG merchandise are provided below, together with details for returns and replacements as well as FAQs.

Event Tickets

Event Tickets can be bought online via our Ticket Tailor shop.

Please note all tickets are non-refundable so please take extra care when selecting your tickets.

Rise Gymnastics

Rise Gymnastics and Trampoline Proficiency can be bought through the shop within MyBG.

Log into your MyBG account (or if you don’t have an account you can set one up without needing to buy BG membership)

Skill Assessment Charts can be downloaded for free here

Squad Kit

Squad Kit will be available via the shop within MyBG from early April. You have to be a member of one of our performance squads to be eligible to purchase these products.

We're looking at new options for our official BG online merchandise shop so look out for news on that – in the meantime however you’ll still be able to get hold of some of our best-selling items via the Milano stall at events around the country.

Returns

There are different processes to follow depending on what you want to return and when you purchased it. Please read the information below carefully before you try to make a return.

FAQs

Leisure Centres using Pay by Invoice

Leisure Centres using Pay by Invoice (for Rise Gymnastics & Proficiency products – note there is a separate process for L&D courses)

Leisure Centres may have access to the Pay by Invoice facility within MyBG. If you are placing an order using this facility, you must have an approved Purchase Order before commencing your order; you have to enter in a valid PO into the order form as well as identifying who the billing party is (this is who the invoice will be sent to). For example some leisure centres need invoices sending to their head office rather than the leisure centre placing the order. You will also need to send a copy of the purchase order via email to accounts@british-gymnastics.org

Please note that by placing an order you are committing to paying for the order – please help us invoice the right party by completing the form correctly.
